Food and drink are a highlight of any conference. Our menus are based on the very finest seasonal offerings such as spring vegetables, nettles, asparagus and new potatoes served with shellfish, fish and meat from local farms. The summer brings a bumper crop of vegetables, berries and herbs, while in the autumn the local forests give us game and mushrooms, and local growers provide fresh fruit. Winter is when herbs, juice and warmth characterise the region's culinary traditions, served here with a twist. Our menus are complemented by carefully selected wines from around the world.
Premises
We have everything you need on-site when it comes to conference facilities. The manor's magnificent rooms are used as conference rooms, and can be equipped and furnished to suit your requirements. The Green Room is ideal for smaller groups, while the Kronovall floor in the former stables has room for 100 people, making it ideal for larger functions. There are meeting rooms which can be adapted to suit any type of gathering.
Activities
The manor and its stunning surroundings offer a wide range of activities. Hold triathlons or pentathlons with team exercises either inside the manor or out in the grounds. Take part in a wine-tasting session, which includes a visit to the wine cellar where we produce our Kronovalls Vinslott Tirage. Or why not try a cookery session where you can prepare the evening meal, or wine, beer, whisky or champagne tasting, clay pigeon shooting or off-road driving. There are also facilities close to Kronovall for activities such as Icelandic horse riding, high-rope courses, steam train trips and Österlen’s many golf courses.
